For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of creating something special—something that could one day be a lasting family legacy. B&F Western was born from this vision in our humble home in Crabbes Creek, nestled in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

From Motherhood to Nashville Bags

After welcoming my third miracle baby, Nash, I found myself wishing for a functional, stylish bag that could hold baby essentials, including a section to keep snacks cool. That was my lightbulb moment: the Nashville (Nappy) Bag. Now our top-seller, it’s a bag that combines style, practicality, and a touch of the rugged Western spirit.

Creating B&F Western wasn’t an overnight success story. As a mum of three, juggling family and business often felt impossible, but the dream kept burning. Through countless samples, revisions, and even a few moments of doubt, I knew deep down this was the one. Just like I knew baby Nash was meant to be, I knew B&F Western was a dream destined to become reality.

I’ve always admired the craftsmanship and culture of Native American design, from intricate patterns to durable materials that tell stories of strength and resilience. Our family vacations revolve around camping, outback adventures, and embracing Western culture, which shapes every piece we create.
